Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order’s shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Dumb Dog only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Dumb Dog is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Items

  • Dumb Dog is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • If you receive your order with missing items, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
