We offer a wide range of TFD (Torrance Fire Department) and TFFA (Torrance Fire Fighters Association) merchandise, including on-duty essentials, off-duty apparel, accessories, and gifts. Our products are designed to represent the pride and dedication of our fire service community.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart for each product to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Can I customize my order?
Currently, we offer customization options on specific items. However if you do not find what you are looking for, please reach out and contact us. We will work with you to ensure Your Design is truly realized.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details on how to initiate a return or exchange.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Items are custom made for each order.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
What if my order arrives damaged or with missing items?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
